They do not allow collections from the depot...at least not from the Charlton one. 2. They do not allow you to go to the depot to pay a customs charge. 3. Drivers cannot collect customs charges on delivery....like they used to. And what really makes me see red is the fact that i have waited nearly a MONTH for a parcel from the US...which is now HELD at Charlton depot pending payment of charges...which i have to wait for some letter with a 17 digit ID code to even *attempt* to pay. It really doesn't get more complicated than that...i would have happily paid the driver...but now its going to sit on someone's desk in Charlton...til....whenever!
