Their national reservations number (only way to rebook) had a permanent busy signal -- didn't even connect -- every time we tried from Sat afternoon to Mon morning. Our flight was canceled. Since we couldn't get through on the phone, we went to the airport to find someone at Delta to talk to, and they offered us a flight four days later. We found a cheaper one leaving the next day on Orbitz, bought that, and asked Delta for a full refund (which they're willing to give, since there's a "weather waiver" for the snowstorm).
